... i thought there's a certain cebu-based organization involved with the preparations o_0

CANE events is a cebu based group.
there will be no admittance fee of sort to the HOBCON event.
EVERYBODY is invited.
you can COSPLAY/COSTRIP/CROSSTRIP any anime characters you want aside from the LU game characters.
you can go as a group, a pair or an individual.
it is a 2 day event, you can go there even if you arent cosplaying, yes, you can take pictures, so take lotsa them.
the event starts with the malls (parkmall) opening and ends when the mall closes....
there will be toys.... you can even bring yours... wakokokokok
